ศึกษาเนื้อหาเน้นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารในภาครัฐทั้งหมด กล่าวคือ ทั้งระบบราชการและรัฐวิสาหกิจ หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มีหลายวิชา เช่น การบริหารงานบุคคล การบริหารองค์การ การบริหารงานคลังและงบประมาณ การวางแผนและบริหารโครงการ การวางแผนกำลังคน พฤติกรรมของมนุษย์ในองค์การ เทคโนโลยีทางการบริหารนโยบายสาธารณะ และการบริหารรัฐวิสาหกิจ เป็นต้น
The programme focuses entirely on public sector administration, covering both government agencies and state enterprises. The Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration curriculum includes a wide range of subjects such as personnel management, organisational management, public finance and budgeting, project planning and management, manpower planning, organisational behaviour, administrative technology, public policy administration, and state enterprise management.

1) ภาครัฐ สามารถทำงานได้ทุกกระทรวง ทุกกรม ในสายงานประเภทวิชาการหลากหลายตำแหน่ง ได้แก่  นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผน ทรัพยากรบุคคล พัฒนาระบบราชการ จัดการงานทั่วไป วิเทศสัมพันธ์ ประชาสัมพันธ์ วิเคราะห์งบประมาณ วิชาการคลัง ฯลฯ รวมทั้งปฏิบัติราชการในหน่วยงานด้านการปกครอง คือ กรุงเทพมหานคร และองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด/ท้องถิ่น
1) Public sector: Graduates may work in all ministries and government departments in a wide range of professional and administrative positions, including policy and planning analysts, human resource officers, public sector development officers, general administration officers, international relations officers, public relations officers, budget analysts, and finance officers. They may also serve in local administrative organisations, including the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and provincial or local administrative bodies.

2) ภาคเอกชน สามารถทำงานในฝ่ายบริหาร ฝ่ายงานบุคคล ฝ่ายเลขานุการ ฝ่ายสื่อสารองค์กรได้ทุกองค์กร ไม่ว่าจะเป็นบริษัทต่าง ๆ หรือธนาคาร
2) Private sector: Graduates may work in management, human resources, administrative support, and corporate communications in any organisation, including private companies and banks.

3) รัฐวิสาหกิจ สามารถทำได้ทุกรัฐวิสาหกิจ เช่น ปตท. การบินไทย ททท. และรัฐวิสาหกิจอื่น ๆ
3) State enterprises: Graduates are qualified to work in all state enterprises, such as PTT, Thai Airways International, the Tourism Authority of Thailand, and other public enterprises.

ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ หลักสูตรฯ ได้รับการออกแบบมาให้จัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อก่อให้เกิดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้แก่ผู้เรียน 6 ด้าน ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ในการประกอบวิชาชีพต่างๆ ข้างต้นเมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษา ได้แก่
The programme learning outcomes (PLOs) have been designed to guide teaching and learning to develop 6 key areas of student competencies. These outcomes support graduates in pursuing the professional careers described above upon completion of the programme, as follows:

1. ทำงานเป็นทีมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อสร้างผลลัพธ์ที่ช่วยยกระดับการบริหารภาครัฐ
1. Work effectively in teams to create outcomes that enhance public administration.

2. แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ในสถานการณ์การทำงานที่หลากหลายและเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่เสมอ
2. Solve immediate problems in diverse and dynamic work situations.

3. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล
3. Perform assigned duties based on the principles of good governance.

4. วิเคราะห์การดำเนินงานของภาครัฐโดยใช้หลักการและทฤษฎีทางรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์เพื่อพัฒนาการให้บริการสาธารณะโดยคำนึงถึงความยั่งยืน
4. Analyze public sector operations using principles and theories of public administration to improve public services with consideration for sustainability.

5. ทำวิจัยทางรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ได้อย่างถูกต้องและเป็นระบบตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัย
5. Conduct research in public administration accurately and systematically according to research methodology.

6. ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศได้อย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่มีประสิทธิภาพต่อกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
6. Appropriately use information technology for effective communication and presentation to target audiences.

การศึกษาต่อ ผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ สามารถศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโท หรือปริญญาเอกได้ 2 ลักษณะ คือ
Further Study: Graduates of the Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration programme may pursue postgraduate study at the master’s or doctoral level in 2 main pathways:

1) ศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท หรือปริญญาเอก สาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์/บริหารรัฐกิจ ได้ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ภายในประเทศสามารถศึกษาต่อได้ที่มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และสถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ เป็นต้น
1) Continuing study in Public Administration or Public Management at master’s or doctoral level, both domestically and internationally. Within Thailand, graduates may pursue further study at institutions such as Kasetsart University, Thammasat University, Chulalongkorn University, Chiang Mai University, and the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), among others.

2) ศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาโท หรือปริญญาเอก สาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือสาขาวิชาอื่น ๆ ได้ เช่น สาขาวิชาบริหารธุรกิจ เป็นต้น ทั้งภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
2) Pursuing postgraduate study in related or alternative fields, such as Business Administration and other disciplines, both domestically and internationally.
